i have a solution but i wouldn't say fast food are the reaons why we gain weight it;s not the fast food industry cos their also know that 2000 calories is enough to keep you at a certain weight ; I for one would cut back on eating more then what the FDA recommends go out and you tend to order foods but their needs to be a balance we can loose the weight.
So i don't blame the Restaurant's even they have portions like if a steak say four onces then you have a baked potatoe with sour cream is it bad to order a large fries how do we keep our weight as the same as we where in high school so i never blamed any fast food joint's so why would you blame them if you can't control what you eat so STOP Blaming
